To request a refund on your GetYourGuide voucher, please visit https://www.getyourguide.com/contact/, and in the search bar, type in CANCEL. The system will require you to enter your PIN and Voucher number.

All vouchers purchased via TripsPoint are final. We do not refund nor reimburse activity vouchers purchased via TripsPoint. You can reschedule your activity by contacting their customer support team or contacting us at Keener Adventures LLC. Directly. How do I cancel an activity on PrivateTour.com

To cancel your activity on PrivateTour.com, please visit your bookings page and cancel directly there. Below is a screenshot of their policy found under their terms and conditions. For more information please reach out to PrivateTour directly. - There is no cancellation fee once Customers Cancel at least 7 day(s) prior to the date of the activity or tour. There is 50% cancellation fee for Customers to Cancel 3 and 6 day(s) prior to the date of the activity or tour.
