To request a refund on your GetYourGuide voucher, please visit https://www.getyourguide.com/contact/, and in the search bar, type in CANCEL. The system will require you to enter your PIN and Voucher number.

To cancel your activity in the BACH App, please log in to your app on Android or Apple and request it there. We can not cancel your reservations for you.

All vouchers purchased via TripsPoint are final. We do not refund nor reimburse activity vouchers purchased via TripsPoint.
