How do I request a refund on GetYourGuide (GYG)?

To request a refund on your GetYourGuide voucher, please visit https://www.getyourguide.com/contact/, and in the search bar, type in CANCEL. The system will require you to enter your PIN and Voucher number.

To request a refund and cancellation in Viator, please log in to your Viator dashboard at https://www.viator.com/login?login_redirect=%2Faccount%2Fbookings and click on the activity you want to cancel.

How do I request a refund on the BACH APP?

**PLEASE NOTE: Keener Adventures LLC. and our service partners no longer work with BACH APP due to contractual issues. If you have a booking through BACH APP please reach out to us to confirm your reservations as some of them can no longer be confirmed. We apologize for the inconvenience. To cancel your activity in the BACH App, please log in to your app on Android or Apple and request it there. We can not cancel your reservations for you.

How do I request a refund on the Kona Kai Activity Portal?

To cancel and refund your reservation that you booked via the Kona Kai activity portal, please contact us directly, and we will cancel and refund your activity.

How do I request a refund on TripsPoint?

All vouchers purchased via TripsPoint are final. We do not refund nor reimburse activity vouchers purchased via TripsPoint. You can reschedule your activity by contacting their customer support team or contacting us at Keener Adventures LLC. Directly. We recommend contacting TripsPoint for more information or to view their cancellation policy.

Can I transfer my reservations and/or tickets with you guys if I purchase through a partner?

For most 3rd party tickets purchased, you will need to reach out to the company that you purchased them from (EX., GetYourGuide, TicketsatWork, etc). Tickets purchased via Action Sport Rentals, Let's Explore San Diego, and via our call center do not require that you reach out and can call us directly instead.
