All cancellation notices must be given no latter than 1 week prior to the cruises. All cancellations between 1 week and 72 hours will result in a 50% refund. All cancellation 72 hours and sooner will result in no refund.

*Weather / Rain-Check

If inclement weather results in Keener Adventures canceling a cruise or activity, a full refund will be issued. Keener Adventures will offer this refund via the option of a Gift Card or back to the card on file. A Keener Adventures representative will contact you and ensure the refund is processed.

*No-Show

Keener Adventures will not compensate for a no-show of the guests for any reason. No credit, compensation, or reschedule will be offered for a cancellation.

*Reschedule

Reschedule can be done up to 1 week prior to the cruise start time. All reservation rescheduled 1 week to 72 hours will result in a $50 reschedule fee being charged to the card on file. Rescheduling less than 72 hours will not be allowed.
