What are activity Vouchers?

Keener Adventures LLC. and any 3rd party in partnership with Keener Adventures LLC sell Activity Vouchers. They allow you to Pre-Purchase tickets or a specific activity and then book the activity online before arrival.

How can I purchase activity vouchers?

You can purchase activity vouchers online at the Keener Adventures Store by visiting https://store.keeneradventures.com/product-category/activity-vouchers/. Please make sure you select the vouchers for Mission Bay only. They will say this in the description. *Please Note: Activity Vouchers bought for Mission Bay Sunset & Fireworks Cruises CAN NOT be redeemed for cruises in San Diego Bay with On The Water San Diego or any other Keener Adventures activity. **When making the reservation for your activity, you will be asked to keep your credit/debit card information on file. This is a requirement of the activity. Failure to provide this information will result in no reservation being made.

How do I redeem an activity Voucher?

Activity Vouchers mostly make be redeamed online by visiting missionbaysunset.com and selecting the "Voucher" ticket option. If the activity includes booking a rental activity such as JetSkis, Kayaks, Stand-up Paddle Boards, or Rental Boats, please make sure you reach out to us so that we can set up your reservation for you.
