When you make a reservation, we will send you a confirmation email with more information regarding your activity. We ask that you please visit your email inbox for details regarding your activity.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards via our booking platform. If you are paying via a room charge or house account, please contact us via our website.

What is your cancellation policy?

Notices must be made via email to reservations@missionbaysunset.com no less than 1 week before the start of your activity to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations that are made in less than 1 week will result in no refunds. *Inclement weather where Action Sport Rentals must close will result in a full refund to the payment method on file, which was used to make the reservation.
